Dip Chem Products are  manufactured by sophisticated technology with on-line controls at various levels including the Spray Drier which ensures consistent high   quality   producs .  In  addition  to   the  standard pharmacopeia (BP, USP, etc.)specification the plant also provides facilities for  production of high grade products     as  per customer's  specification's with an extra low level     of  impurities . The  products  are  manufactured  strictly following the WHO GMP.

THE PLANT & PROCESS 
Dip Chem has Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel & other antacid bulk drugs are produced in  one of the country's most sophisticated  plants under constant supervision of     an  expert  team . The  products  right  from  the  initial   reaction  to the  packing  section, move through  a total  closed  system . It  also  makes   the  product  free  from microbes, & excellent flowability makes it ideal for tablet & suspension preparations.

Process automation-at various stages pf precipitation -      & Spray Drying ensure uniform particle size & excellent quality of  finished products, which confirm to the most stringent specifications of customers & pharmacopoeia. The  plant  also provides  facilities  for producing high    grade products as per customer's specifications with an extra low-level of  impurities.

One  of  the  major  advantages  of  our  products  is  the minimum batch to batch variation,owing to a very stable process & automation at critical stages.
